Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has a design book for the Nobleton model. We will not be closing until March 2017 and I know prices may change, but we'd love to get a better idea of what to expect. Especially for the executive/grande package in the kitchen, glass shower enclosure, and a different colour for the hardwood flooring.

Is there anyone with the Chef's Kitchen upgrade, or considering the upgrade? We love the idea of having a bigger kitchen, but we're not sure how we feel about the kitchen being the first room on the first floor. Do you have any pictures to share?

Thank you!

Yea I gave up that dream a long time ago. I continously asked Mattamy the past year why the exact same model that is in Kitchener has a better layout. They came back and said it is based on the regional preferences of the buyers (i.e: Milton folks prefer a certain layout, versus Kitchener/Pickering folks). They took my feedback to the architects.

You really don't have a win-win scenario... if you don't go with the chef's kitchen layout, the kitchen tends be very squished. If you do go for the Chef's kitchen, you end up having the kitchen as the first thing when you enter the home. I went with the latter and opted for the Chef's kitchen.. I rather have a bigger kitchen space.

Although having gone through my framewalk, I can personally tell you, it isn't AS bad as I thought it would be with the Chef's Kitchen layout.

What regional preferences? Where do they even get this information from? :(

That's good to hear though... I think we will be going ahead with the Chef's Kitchen.
