I want some information on Mattamys pelham model. the pelham model has a new layout in the kitchen . can anyone tell if the kitchen layout can be changed in the new floor plan of this model.

I will also like to know if anybody has made a side entrance on this model after closing.

can anybody provide upgrades and price list for the design center for 36 foot models. thank you.

When did you purchase? The layout that is in Mattamy's website is still the same from when we bought in Nov2015...you cannot change the layout, it is not available in the Architect's Choice Option for Pelham.... and you cannot change the shape of the island either.

thank you very much. I bought the Pelham on January 2017. I saw a model for resale and the kitchen layout was different than the floor plan I was provided when I purchased.

Yeah, there was a different kitchen layout for those who purchased before 2015.

Hello,

I have a question to those who already have their decor center appointment for the upgrades. I know that we cannot change the kitchen layout. But can we request them to add pantry or cabinet besides the fridge for oven and microwave. In that case I will be able to have a cook top too.
did anyone tried this idea.

Weeks before your Design appointment, a buyer will be getting their own design booklet where all options will be
given. Every thing is there, from the paint options to Kitchen cabinets and designs. Having the design booklet, the buyer can go and visit the Design Center and check and ask all options with the Mattamy design representative there.

Maybe you could ask around those who just bought their Pelham if they kept their Design booklet. It might not be the same for your new home but it will be close.

You can always get the basic countertop and if you hangs to granite or quartz you can have the supplier quote you a rectangular shape.

Also yes you can add cabinets. Just ask your design consultant for available sizes and where you would like them and they will advise further
