LOL... No actually I sold to a really nice family, no worries. I think I deserve extra Karma points. A nice couple with lots of kids in the perfect age group for our street.

Anyone actually order the glass shower enclosure in Hawthorne On The Park Phase 3 (Juneberry)?
How much did it actually cost?

Thanks

I didn't order it but it costs $3900 which was a bit pricey for us.

Just completed our final design centre upgrades. What a process! Tiffany Brand was exceptional and if it turns out as beautiful as we think it might we owe it all to her. By far our biggest splurge was the kitchen, what a surprise!

Now if only we can remember what it all looks like for when we move in :).

Hello fellow Juneberry owners, my in laws are visiting from out of town and were wondering what our future home looks like. I am not sure if anyone knows of a model near completion or one that may have an upcoming open house that we would be able to bring them through so that they could get an idea of what the house looks like beyond the floorplan.

Thanks for any information. Have a fabulous weekend.

Hi Dan,
Good to see things are coming along, nice super huge windows back there. You must be getting pretty excited.

Just a heads up... they will probably install your hose bib on the other side of the house, since they flipped your floor plan. ask them to put your hose bib on this side or ask for a second hose bib (even if you have to pay some $). Otherwise you will have to have a 200 foot hose to water the far end of your lot. It will be a PITA. In the future the second hose bib can be used for an arrogation system and you will still have a free hose bib for watering flowers.

Hi and one question to All Juneberrys owner
Today I have attended my Ist DC meeting. Mattamy has quoted the following prices for hardwood floor installation.
Dining room: $ 2357
Great room: $ 2694
Living room: $ 1568
Are these quoted prices are reasonable or would it be cheaper to get hardwood floor installed after closing?

The hardwood is way cheaper after closing. The only pain is ripping up the carpet and underpadding and the dust that comes with it.

Granite is cheaper after closing as well.

Thanks Shelly & Sandeep.

Yes I know that getting any upgrade after market involves a lot of hassle but if some one could save $$$$ then I will not mind to take such hassle.
Does any Juneberry owner has got Kitchen Ganite/Quartz countertop after closing? I need the reference for price comparison.

Hi Juneberry owners,
I am in dilema whether to close or not the opening above double sided fireplace. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

It will be cheaper and you can get better quality product :)

If you want to PM me or send me an e-mail directly, I can send you a quote so you can compare  We have been installing hardwood for Mattamy homeowners for a few years now.
