Hi group :-)

I'm buying a 30" Trenton in Mount Pleasant in a couple days....but am nervous.
It'll be my first home and I'm having the hardest time imagining the look of it. When I drive by completed ones that I think are Trentons - I'm not sure if it's the right model. Can the dining, kitchen, and family rooms fit full furniture sets?

Does anyone have pics of the in and out of the finished house that you'd like to share?
Any tips on the buying / contract portion?
Did they negotiate, should I ask any specific questions?

Any help or assistance is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Michelle

We have a Trenton. The living room "just" fit a couch and loveseat, coffee table and side table....mind you we have large leather furniture. The dining room is more than large enough to fit a 6 person set but there isn't much room for a side table, buffet if you're looking for that. We have the Chef's Kitchen which was definitely our favourite upgrade, so I can't comment to fitting anything in the "breakfast" area...but our 4 bar stools on the island is more than adequate. That being said we LOVE our Trenton.....it's a fantastic layout if you like open concept.

You should try to draw it out on paper with a ruler. You have all the room sizes. You will also be able to get the furniture sizes. It wont help you with the visualization, but at least you will know if the furniture will fit in the room, and how much room you will have on the sides.
