it will depend on the kitchen you choose. The sous and the executive have the built in look for your fridge.

by recess you mean the 'wall' that makes it look like your fridge is built in correct? If yes, then yes, its a gable and only comes with the more expensive levels up.

Thanks!

The mantel was installed by the company that we purchased it from. We installed the stone ourselves.

MrMandy you should be ok with SD. That's what we have and we have had no issues opening the inside drawers when the door is open. For us CD just did not have enough room. Hope that helps.

Did you mean this kind of thing? I did saw it in some houses but not sure if this is an upgrade of default for some model. This recess makes a standard fridge stick into the wall instead of sticking out. :-) Very good idea.

If your house has not been framed yet, you can talk to your builder about this. See if they can do something. If your house is already framed, then you have to choose one. :-)

Anyone have any pictures of the interior of the Elevation A? Or know the difference between them (excluding exterior). I notice a lot of you bought Elevation C. Is A larger inside?
Just bought an Elevation A, in phase 7 and are looking at interior finishes.

We also want to know how much it costs to get hardwood stairs?

Any info is appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

On my street there are quite a few plan 4's and there are 3 in a row, elevation A,F and D and all three are identical inside inregards to size and layout. The only difference in layout could be the 4th bedroom, move the laudry room to basement or the alternate kitchen, other than that they are roughly all the same inside.

The fourth bedroom's dimensions change depending on the facade.

Also all room's dimensions change slightly based on elevation.

you are correct, but they change slightly. What I meant was that when all 3 plan 4's were being built (the three different elevations side by side) I went in them all and they are roughly identical.

Thanks all! I own a Mattamy town home right now, and our neighbor (same plan, different elevation), all her rooms are slightly smaller (1-2 feet less in depth), so that was what I was wondering. It makes a difference when you are talking about kitchen storage, and smaller rooms to begin with... I figured with our detached it would be the same idea... just wasn't sure if Elevation A would be smaller or larger than C.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Did anyone upgrade to the hardwood stairs with the builder? Or have the upgrade costs for that?

Thanks again for the great response!
