Hey there.. I have been seeing quite a vriance in the pricing of some of the Wood Lily homes...does anyone remember what some of these homes have been selling for and if you know what they have sold for (as well as the street they have been on).

I know I have been told there were some MLS listings in the $570's..... was just wondering if anyone knew or rememebered address's.

I have been very curious as to what the prices have been for these models over the past 6 - 8 months ...

Anyone rememeber any of these models, pricing and locations?

Cheers,

Off the top of my head - the last Wood Lily's to sell were Savoline and Etherington. $525k and $540k???

Remember - the asking price only represents what the seller wants, not what the home is worth.

Do you know how much they were sold for?

Those are the selling prices. My advice was regarding the link provided for the home that is listed at $660k.
