That is a really nice layout - i love the look of the kitchen... it's so exciting!! can i ask what stain colour you chose for your stairs? i can't wait for my DC appointment but there is so much to decide on - and sometimes it's hard to picture something on a small swatch sample we have to see... :lol:

Thats not my kitchen actually its picture of my plan which I bought in Park phase 2
This picture is from Mattamy's Brampton location but my plan is same so took from there since mattamy does not have any 30'lots in milton so these will be first ones in Milton.
I think its wenge colour cabinets .
I also have wenge colour in my first home and really like that colour.so now have to look other options .

i am choosing the wenge cabinets as well. did you do your stairs in hardwood? what stain did you choose? i don't want to go too dark so i am looking at all my options..... so/too many options...... :lol:

I didnt do the hardwood stairs just did the matching staining of stairs and its matches perfectly ..not sure about the stain colour will check that out for you
U got ur design call very early since I am closing before you in Mar ..no call yet ...also we just manged to do structural change a week ago after few emails and got it done....they also told us they still didnt get permit for our lot yet.

What is a use of smooth ceiling? Just a look of something else?

Arches are upgrade for me, but not sure whether they come standard for 9ft ceiling as mine are 8ft celings.
