hi Rcanada,
i'm a buyer in Markham area. My architectural choices were limited, 1) Alternate kitchen layout moved the cinq from the centre island to the wall. and 2) replace upper cabinets + chev's desk with a larger pantry. That's all for kitchen Architect's Choice Options.

Much later in the process, during Design Centre appointment, we were given options to 'upgrade' the kitchen cabinets by choosing one of the four available options: Sous Package, Executive Package, Master Package and Grand Package. Each step added a couple of additional features such as pot and pan drawer, small crown moulding then top drawer construction (one drawer on top of each cabinet etc.

Architect's Choice options were drawn in the original brochure given to us when we signed the contract. Talk to the sales rep and they'll probably give a few more days to make your mind and also explain what the options are.

good luck

Thanks Spidey..

Now I understand idea behind chef kitchen.. I will be taking the design upgrade rather than spending $3750 on architect choice option.
