Hi Ashley,
Although I did go earlier to see ours, it's good to see the other packages as well.
Such a shame we couldn't pick our own brick like before.
Thanks for taking the time to do that.

No problem! I'm lucky enough to live 10 minutes away from the new development so it's easy for me to zip up to the Sales Centre after work, whereas it may not be as easy for others. I know I was dying to see what package was chosen for our lot. It gives you a good idea of what the neighbourhood will look like. I wholeheartedly agree - although we are very happy with our package, when you're making such a big investment, you want choice and being able to choose your exterior would of course have been ideal.

Hope you're happy with what you ended up with!

To be honest, I'm not sure yet if I like it. I'm seeing that brick online and it looks different in every picture. haha. I'd have to see it on a current home. Hopefully I will like it in the end.
What home did you buy and which package did you get?

When I found out my colour package a couple months ago, I asked the customer service for a pic of a house that had it in my model and she sent me one. Really helped understand what colour goes where.

Thanks funnyman
That would help.
Now, just hope they have it in a Dundas too.

We chose the Lancaster French Chateau and got package G6.

I also emailed our CSR and she was kind enough to send us the attached photo which indicates what colour each part of the exterior will be, shows you brick colour, stone etc. I called the DC to ask if they had the colour pallet there so that we could see it in person and unfortunately they don't. I did however ask our CSR to send a photo of a completed home with the G6 package, as funnyman86 had suggested. It's definitely hard to visualize, and what you see in a photo, isn't always what you get.

Thanks very much! It's one of the reasons we chose FC, not only because it was our favourite style, but also because we felt it was safest given that it was luck of the draw. Having said that, there are certainly a few FC packages that I don't particularly like. Again, I'm holding my breath until I see an actual photo of the house with the colour scheme....

Where have the pictures gone? Anyone have the current packages? I'm in Phase 6 closing next March 2017.
