Thank you for sharing those pictures. House looks great! Hjk1 do you know what the height of your basement ceiling is? Also, did you get 9" ceilings on your second floor? |

We did not on the 2nd. I did not measure the basement, but I would say close to 8 feet. Under the foyer is very low, I'd say close to 6. I'll try to remember to measure next time. Did take a picture of the mechanical if anyone is interested. Goodman furnace (96.1% efficiency), and HRV installed.

The portion under the foyer is 6'-5". |
