We didnt get too many upgrade since its cheaper to do it elsewhere if its non-structural related. From what I recall we got:
Smooth Ceiling
Basement to Attic Conduit
Level/Grade 2 Hardwood on the first floor
Square Posts on Stairs
Knee Rail in liue of Wall
Super Shower + Double Vanity Sinks
Sous Kitchen
3Pc Basement Rough in
Rough in for Kitchen island Pendants

Upgrades we wished we gotten:
Cold Waterline to Fridge
Security Rough Ins

Hope this helps.

You may be surprised with the security rough in.. I heard from another owner that they didn't order it but it was within the walls already.. Call a company in and have them take a look ;)

Ya we have also decided to just upgrade stuff that is not so easy to do later on, helps also that my husband and family are very handy.
Did you do the hardwood throughout the kitchen as well? Were you able to remove bulkheads?

spena, if you don't mind me asking, how much was the hardwood upgrade? we only have a 30' home, so i know it won't be the same, but the square footage isn't too far off. We had a tour around the Design Center this past weekend and did not love the included hardwood options (looking for a darker colour). I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to upgrade, or if I can deal with one of the included colours.Thank you!
