Okay, so hopefully this is allowed, i've been saving pictures from MLS of Brentridge Ends... here is what I have.

Note, most of them are from Oakville where I find they have small little changes from the Milton ones (longer breakfast bars I think, wall in the great room at the stairs as opposed to the knee wall, etc.)

Nice to see people taking pics of our peoples houses, but maybe you should get permission from them first and at least black out the unit numbers.

I thought of that, but from the picture I can't make out the phase, or street, or license plate. Plus it's a picture taken from the public street anyways. But I understand what you mean.

Looking Good Lisa!!

Here is what we've done so far with our Brentridge End...

KITCHEN

Make it yours Package - Upgraded Sydney
Cupboards - Canac Mission Maple Hazelnut
Floor - Anatolia Slate Black
Counter - Blackstar Granite (its laminate)
Upgrades - Pots and Pans Drawer, Half Pantry, Tiles on Angle, Deep Upper over Fridge, Microwave over Stove, Deleted backsplash on laminate counter top because we're putting in our own backsplash

Image

OTHER SIDE OF KITCHEN

Image

BREAKFAST BAR
Two capped lights with a switch over breakfast bar, originally thought hanging lights, but now we're converting them ourselves to pot lights
Image

DINING ROOM / GREAT ROOM

We put in our own hardwood, put in Engineered Hardwood, Mirage Red Oak in Charcoal (the same that is in the living room of the design center)
By installing ourself we saved over $2K, but I won't lie, it was hard work!

Image

GREAT ROOM

Image

MASTER BEDROOM
(we got the 2 bedroom floorplan)
We painted and put up crown moulding

Image

MASTER BEDROOM WALK IN CLOSET
Put in a Closet Maid/Stack a Shelf Custom Closet... got it for a good price at the outlet in cambridge

Nice kitchen and floors...what styles did you pick? did you do the floors yourself? any of what you picked standard or all upgrades?

Thanks for the comments everyone!

I editted my post with the pictures and added in what colours we chose, and what upgrades we did.

The floor isn't Rustica Mocha, it's a Slate Tile just called "Slate Black"
It has sort of blacks, greys, beiges and a sort of colour in the red family.

Lisa, ours is the "mocha" colour, so i don't think we got the same, but it sure does look similar in the pics!

Jaime, your floors look terrific & I absolutely love the closet you did. Thanks for mentioning the factory outlet in Cambridge; I'll be checking that out for sure!
