Hi milton_bound,

Drove past your house again yesterday and it looks awesome!!

Can you tell me what colour the brick is? We picked a reddish brown brick too and am wondering if it's the same colour -- i hope so actually because yours looks so nice.

We saw the rear elevation from Hepburn and it looks amazing too. The grilles you put in the windows are fabulous.

Good tips justagirl, we hadn't thought of a capped light over the tub and we just LOVE the idea of putting a small chandelier there!

Here are some other things on our wish list:

* reverse door swing in laundry room: from milton_bound's list above, otherwise we'd have to shut the door to use the washing machine.
* add flip-out tray in front of sink, to keep sponges and cloths off the island.
* add extra outlet on side wall of garage (for power tools etc)
* add outlet to back side of island (for sitting with a laptop)
* delete ceramic accessories in bathrooms
* wall sconces on each side of window seat instead of the shelving (we just think it would look cool plus add some extra light to read by)
* counter-height vanity in ensuite
* extra outlet for ensuite vanity (his and hers)
* extra bank of drawers in ensuite vanity (his and hers)

I never thought about the reverse door for laundry. I'll have to remember this one.

A little heads up for Junberry owners I heard that the space above the fireplace is open to the great room, it is not a solid wall. I'm sure Mattamy will make it a solid wall if you prefer. But to my understanding it is open.
You may want to call design center to confirm. Or maybe other Junberry owners will know.

Hi milton_bound,

Any chance you could share the name of the brick colour that you chose? (It looks great btw!)

Thx.

hi miltonLeo,

Thanks, we are liking how it is coming together as well. So hard to tell when you pick off that little board with only a couple of bricks, stones, facia, shingles, etc.

The package# is TS-12. The bricks in that package are called SanAntonio, and the Stones are called Sierra Blend.

Thanks mb.

Yes it is really looking good, and I really like your stone choice. Btw, I noticed that they have even carried the stone around the underside of your porch, which I wouldn't have expected and is a particularly nice touch.

MB you must be so incredibly excited to close your home!! I'm sure your holidays will be wonderful. The 9th is just around the corner. Will you post pictures of once you have closed so we can see the final product? I'm dying to see the finished product of a Juneberry with hardwood etc.

And a Merry Chirstmas to you all!

Of course. We'll try to get lots of pics before we move in so that everyone can see what a finished Juneberry looks like (without all our crap in the way).

Okay, well that didn't work! Does anyone know what's needed to get the image to show? Thanks.

EDIT: Never mind ... figured it out. :)

Hi All, we have our last design appt on Monday. Any tips from anyone who has finished all the appt's? I am looking forward to the kitchen selections! Does anyone know who the supplier is for 5A?
