Welcome to the street GNAD! Hope to meet you at the next meet sometime next year. I noticed yer avatar...I hope your not a TML fan  I wish I wasnt but unfortunately I bleed blue.

Also, we've switched to elevation B for various reasons which we feel will be better in the long run not to mention we both love the look of that elevation.

Just a couple picture updates of our street, mind you Alex took a gazillion pictures as per Diana on his new Nikon D90...

Welcome to the neighbourhood, Gino & Nadia! We're your next door neighbours at #17. Although I have to say, Oliver shares the concerns of #1(Totalpkg) in hoping that you are not truly a Leafs fan.
Nice pics, #1, thanks for sharing. It's the most beautiful pile of dirt I've ever seen.
As for the letter from Mattamy, I think it sounds like they are absorbing the cost for the owners that were not expecting this charge since Mattamy has been able to make repayment arrangements but I wouldn't think that affects us since it's written in already. That's what I got from that letter, anyway.
And yay for elevation B, #1. I really like that one. Great house.

Yeah nevermind about the letter...I did some calculations and if you minus 5% (HST) from your purchase price, you get the original price, before our phase 3 purchases...ah well...at least they won't be collecting the capped $4000 DV charges...or at least I hope they don't...

We actually currently live close the Mattamy sales office. If I new you guys where waiting over night I would have brought you guys coffees! LOL!

We really liked the layout of Juneberry as well. Looks like a big kitchen.

Hello everybody! We've just purchased lot 27. It took us a while to make a decision to move from Mississauga but this forum has encouraged us - seems it would be the best street in the area! We're happy to join Coombsies Neighbourhood!

Welcome Romavi to Milton. I moved from Mississauga to Milton 8 yrs ago and never looked back. I think you made the right decision. Plus Milton has a lot more now than 8 yrs ago. We couldn't even find a place to eat after 9 pm when I moved here.

Thanks Gnad! It's great to hear nice things about Milton. I hope by the time we move in, Milton will have more stores and leisure places. I love the trails nearby the street, and beautiful Halton Parks where my family always spends weekends. It would be great, I'm sure!

Yes, I'm a WR C owner. I need the balcony (in fact we're having 2 put up) and love the Stucco but at any elevation its a great house (I'm perhaps a little biased here)

Glad you took my attempt at humour in stride :)

Welcome Gino & Nadia and Romavi (Roman?) to the street! Great to see new peeps join the street. Also I am sure we will see you all in the new year at another social gathering :) As you can see, we already have a great sense of community. Also sounds like there will be a lot of little kiddies running around!

Welcome to the street Romavi...hope to see you guys at the next meet. I grew up in Mississauga too...So far I love what Milton has to offer and the street is great too! You get so much more bang for your buck in Milton in terms of housing. I priced our house in Milton and something comparable in Mississauga would run me about 900000k. Its so much less busy in Milton too in terms of traffic. I can't wait to move in... :P

I guess only Lot #26 is left???
