Hey Luke,

What the cost for a 9x10 pad? what's the thinkness and density of the pads that you pour?

You guys should consider running a conduit from your basement out to the pad in case you ever have the need for power out there (e.g. battery chargers for your grass trimmer, lawn mowers, radios, etc, etc).

You may never need it, but it's nice to have just in case and would only be an incremental cost. Just run the conduit now, you can run electrical when/if needed.
