That is great thanks. We are sticking with it. We went to see one today and it is a very nice house. Actually, we did not like the boxiness of the Wild Rose from the outside so, we decided to go with our original choice.

Just a question regarding the area above the fireplace. Does the wall come open with an arch or is it closed? If it is open, how much is it to close off?

It is open and you have to ask them to close it at your design session. I think around $300.

Junebug - did you find an open near complete Juneberry? I'm still trying to see one completed in real life!
Great pictures, GNAD
And yes, somewhere around $300 to close in the area above the fireplace, otherwise, it comes with an arch to match the doorways and the media niche next to it. We had ours closed.

Did they give you a hard time about moving the toilet in the ensuite? I need to do this as well. Was it done in the design center?

They shouldn't give you trouble about the toilet, I took care of that... lol Moving the toilet, is now an optional choice, I believe it is $300.

Yep, it's true. The "justagirl" upgrade on the ensuite is an included option. But make sure you ask for it as they may skip over it and not offer it to you. It was $314 when we ordered it.

Best upgrade ever!!!

Another great upgrade idea, also courtesy of justagirl, is to get a capped ceiling light on a separate (dimmer) switch above your ensuite tub for a future chandelier. Love, love, love this upgrade!

Hey justagirl, I often think of you fondly when going into the ensuite bathroom ... LOLOLOL. How's *THAT* for infamy?! :D :D

Oh oh your scaring me... LOL (Joke).
I think we may have a bathroom obsession... between the light, the toilet and let's not forget the bench in the shower... I did love your idea of making the door frame larger that's an upgrade I did not get and wish I did. Still kicking myself. Also buttafly had a good one too, raising the shower head to 7 feet my husband loves this one... Oh ya and raise the counter hieght in the ensuite that a good one too....
There is alot of money to be spent in one little space that's made just to beautify ourselves... but we are worth it!

As I recall you did more then me... and your ensuite is dreamy place! lol

I still havn't purchased or hung a chandelier over my tub, but I finally know what I want. Well, I think I do

Do the bathroom cabinets come with drawers as a standard?

The powder room comes with a pedal sink

The master with 2 sinks comes with 1 bank of drawers

The main bath (with only one sink) comes with only 2 drawers on top of cabinets, one on each side

The added bath comes with no drawers
