We just purchased a Plan 6 last weekend and was wondering something. When they gave us the price list for the structural upgrades it did not have the garage door into the house listed. Does that mean we get it automatically provided the grading allows it?

I had the same experience. When I received my upgrade booklet from the decor centre, I was surprised not to see an option for a conduit ($230) and garage to door ($1360) feature. I emailed my design consultant and she assured me that both are included but wasn't put in the booklet because not every home will get the options based on grading. I think you'll be fine.

We noticed that too. Add another $1300 to the price save we got.
