I can't find my book anywhere. Anyone know the appliance dimensions for the kitchen that come standard?

Does the BOW window have 2 operational windows or just one?

Do you mean the one in the kitchen? It just comes with one operating.

Have you seen the Kitchen Photo's thread. It has photo's of recent kitchens it may help you with color combinatins for yours. MiltonLeo's kitchen is on there she has a Juneberry and the nices kitchen I have seen in a Juneberry. You have to see her island she really did a nice job.

Hello everyone,

We have just bought lot 44 in the Vista 4. I have been reading up on this site and hear alot of talk about Combs crt and a Juneberry open there...........I have toured that community and can not seem to find Coombs crt anywhere, can someone please help me!! I hope that by the time I get a reply the house is not closed up.
P.S. thank you to everyone for posting pics of the home as they are finishing, it certainly helps in the planning and dreaming!
Can't wait

All but 1 Juneberry closed this week or next week. I spoke to the owner of the last Juneberry being built and its locked already as he told me he couldn't even get in to see the house. :?

Yep. Ours is closing in a few days.
I have lots of pictures if you are interested but you likely can't get into any Coombs houses.

Aw, thanks justagirl, you are so sweet.

springberry, congratulations on your purchase! You will love your home. The more we live it in, the more we love the layout.

Amabelle, you have pics?! Yaaayy. Wanna post any? ... or lots, lol. There's nothing so fun as looking at pictures of Juneberries. :-)

Alright, I'll oblige with a few photos. Ignore any green tape-it was during our PDI.

Ooooh, Amabelle, your home looks amazing!! I love your kitchen cabinets and tiles ... what tiles are they? And I particularly like the gentle arch on your cabs; a perfect match with all of the arches in the Juneberry main floor. Very nice!

Post back with more pics when you move in are get settled. From the teaser, I can only imagine how great the finished product will look. :-)

Good luck with your move!

Hey springberry, yes you can ask them to change the swing of the laundry door at your design center appointment, no worries there.

Not sure what you mean by closing one closet door and putting an organizer in. Are you talking about the master bedroom, and making the two walk-in closets into one larger walk-in? I don't know if they'll do that or not ... but if it helps, each walk-in is big enough for an organizer on one side as it is. In ours, we put organizers on each interior wall (the ones that are back to back if you know what I mean). Then we installed the hanging rack that was originally on that wall, on the opposite wall up at ceiling height ... for extra storage of off-season wear.

Personally I think one of the very best things about the Juneberry is not having to look at my husband's messy clothes every day. You are lucky because it sounds like you have a neat hubby .... mine, I'd never want to share a closet with him in a million years, lol.

A&A, I just posted in the other kitchen thread before I saw this. Couldn't resist posting again ... wow, it will look amazing with the dark hardwood and black granite. For sure you have to post more pics once you move in!! :D
