This is a cut and paste from Sunny's thread regarding the AC Milton group buy:

Here are the prices that Craig listed for the American Standard AC units

13 SEER - energy efficiency rating
14.5 SEER - higher energy rating (energy star compliant)

The prices are listed for 13, 14.5 seer units respectively.

13 seer - 14.5 seer

1.5 tonnes - $2150 - $2350
2.0 tonnes - $2200 - $2400
2.5 tonnes - $2350 - $2550
3.0 tonnes - $2500 - $2700
3.5 tonnes - $2650 - $2900
4.0 tonnes - $3000 - $3200

Basic rule is for every 1000 sq ft is 1 tonne

The 14.5 seers unit tends to be quiter due to a sound proofing jacket around the compressor.

He will require a $250 deposit by May 1st. - Just mention the Milton Group buy - the discounts are as follows:

1-10 orders - $75 off regular price
11-25 orders - $145 off regular price
26+ orders - $170 off regular price

The American Standard units from my research tends to be the best quality and his regular pricing is very competitive so the group discounts are an added bonus. Sign up soon and mention the group buy.

I've received quotes from other installers using lower brand AC units and the Fourseasons regular prices beats the quotes I've received. The prices are listed are installed prices. HST needs to be added to the price.

Also if you do purchase a unit from Fourseasons please post here so we can keep track of the quanities of orders so we know what discount we are receiving.

Before you have your AC installed you need to know this -

There are many homes on Coombs Court that have miswired thermostats.

This causes the furnace fan to come ON too soon. It will also cause the AC unit outside to run in the winter when the furnace is ON. This can ruin the AC unit.

This wiring defect is related to the furnace "sequence of operation."

When the thermostat is turned up to turn ON any high efficiency furnace, the furnace fan should not come ON right away. There should be a 90 second delay. If the fan comes ON right away then you should call Mattamy and have it fixed before your AC is installed.

To check this -

1)Turn down the thermostat so that the furnace is OFF for at least 10 minutes.

2) Turn the thermostat up so that the furnace will run.

3) Hold a paper towel to a air return grate.

If the fan comes ON immediatly and sucks the paper towel to the return the the furnace "sequence of operation" is wrong.

Is the a/c prices plus taxes or is it included in this price ?

Prices plus HST. Prices shown are without discount. Depends on how many buyers.

Emailed - Ontario Gas BBQs regarding group buys on BBQ units.

Here is what he said.

Dear Sunny,

Bottom line on barbecues... we make 25% gross profit margin. Wish it was more.

We can offer you 10% off for quantity up to 10.
11 or more we will throw in the original manufacturers cover.

The problem with the “Group Purchases” – the up to 10 is a no brainer – 10% off

The 11 or more for the free cover... Getting a group together to purchase and verify to me that you are over 11 is your challenge.

Let me know how this works for you.

So when the time comes after grading and AC orders, we should look into this and for those interested, I will be keeping a list. 11+ is our goal!

Regards,
Sunny

debating on the AC group because I got quoted these prices on a Keep-Rite.

3 ton 13 seer for $2200.00
3 ton 16 seer for $2450.00

Is it worth spending the extra for American Standard? Keep Rite is made by the same company as Carrier but in different factory.

Info I found

Carrier Corporation is owned by United Technologies Corporation. Overall, United Technologies Corporation owns

Carrier Corporation | Who Manufactures:

BRYANT - Heating & Cooling Systems
CARLYLE - Compressors

My wife's uncle services A/Cs and he installed it for us. He recommended we go with Keep Rite because the warrantee is just as good and he figured the product would be as well.

Haven't had any issues (only been one year though). We opted for one that blows out the side because we tucked it under the little deck mattamy built. Makes it nice that it doesn't impede any of the walkways :)

How do you find the unit in terms of sound? Is it noisy? Also, what is the footprint or size of the unit.

Er, sorry guys. I just went to pull up my old emails and I'm wrong. I think the furnance that was installed is a Keep Rite, the A/C is a Luxaire.

I think when we looked at the side discharge it was going to be 2.8K for the Carrier (just the outside unit) for the 3 Ton and 1.6K for the Luxaire. This is the model we got:

http://www.joinluxaire.com/products/res ... /TCHD.aspx

I don't find it noisy, but we don't have an outside deck so I barely hear it ever with doors closed.

Here is are the dims on the 3
Model, Tons, Seer, H, W, D, lbs
TCHD36S41S1* 3.0 13.0 37-1/8 44-3/4 17-1/4 215

Dean, if you want to check it out, i'm not far.

Hi Everyone,

We have been proudly serving the Hawthorne Village area for the past 6 years. We have been getting quite a few of inquiries from homeowners on this thread with many questions and wanted to inform you the homeowners of some of these HVAC related questions.
Basically there are a handful of manufactures which produce different HVAC products. Many of these manufactures produce many different brands but there are the exact same Air Conditioner just with a different sticker. There are 3 different levels of these AC products, a premium product, middle of the road product and a entry level builder grade unit. It is important that you compare apples to apples when comparing different manufacturers.

Premium product line products are American Standard/Trane same company- same product, Carrier, Lennox. In order to sell these products you must be an authorized dealer in which stringent guidelines must be met ie. ensure all technicians are factory trained, your company has all of the appropriate certifications and licences. Mid to entry level products may be installed by any HVAC company and very little screening is done of the companies who buys and install these products. This is where you need to do your research to make sure they are not a fly by night company.

Here are some of the Middle and of the Road Products & Entry Level Products

AIRQUEST - Heating & Cooling Products ARCO AIRE - Heating & Cooling Products COMFORTMAKER - Heating & Cooling Prods HEIL - Heating & Cooling Prods.
MARATHERM - Heating & Cooling Products,TEMPSTAR - Heating & Cooling Products,A-1 COMPONENTS, AIRQUEST ,ARCOAIRE - HVAC Equipment ,CLARE,COMFORTMAKER - HVAC Equipment, HEIL - HVAC Equipment,ICP COMMERCIAL, KEEPRITE,LINCOLN ,MAGICAIRE,GOODMAN

When selecting a HVAC contractor price alone should not be the determing factor. It is unfortunate but many customers are left without warranty on their furnace or AC as the contractor just does not respond when problems arise. This link is an excellent example.
http://www.hawthornevillager.com/phpbb/ ... hp?t=28157

Here is a link when a contractor would not comeback to fix a AC unit while under warranty.

http://www.hawthornevillager.com/phpbb/ ... 216#221216

Here are a few items that you should consider when selecting a HVAC contractor.

1.Ensure Proper installation. Installation is equally important, many shortcuts can be made to cheapen the installation including not hiring fully licenced technicians. Ensure proper gauge wire and copper is used, unit is vacuumed properly etc. We have had to repair many AC units in which clients have selected the cheapest contractor who would not answer the phone when there were problems and we have had to repair and traced it back to installation issues.

2. Meet your contractor face to face. You should demand to see your contractor face to face if possible, it is a large investment and you want to make sure you are find the right fit and you feel comfortable with your decision.

3. Permits and Insurance. Ensure your contractor is fully insured and is licenced with the ESA and submits a permit for your installation.

4.Get everything in writing. Everything. As the poster below mentioned that his contractor will not charge tax if payment is being made with cash? I am certain that is illegal. Some contactors are desperate and will do anything to get your $$.
5. Get customer references. Demand a list of clients that have used their services and been satisfied!

I have attached some of our client testimonials below.

Best Regards,

Hi, I just want to give a big thank you to Craig Newhouse from Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling for all the help he has given me ever since we purchased the A/C and humidifier from him last year.

Just to give you guys a back ground about myself, when it comes to buying anything (I mean anything) I always make sure I get the biggest bang for my buck and I educate myself before purchasing anything. I guess it's a RedFlagDeal thing. Hehehehe.

When I was shopping for a new A/C last year, I went through 8 different A/C company to compare prices, service, products and quality. I also did a lot of research on A/C reviews and models to narrow down my choices.

After going through all these A/C dealers, I noticed a common theme. They will say anything and sell you anything to get your sale. However, when it comes to service, they really lack. Base on other experiences I’ve read or heard, they will come and install the unit at the cheapest price but they will hire some teenager or non license contractor to do the job and then disappear. If anything happens to your unit after the fact like furnace issue, you will not be able to get a hold of them as they are long gone with your money.

That's when I came across Craig Newhouse on this forum. He is very honest and stands by his work. He matched the other competitor’s price and provides exceptional service even after the fact. He also hire license contractors to do the job and always follow up.

For example, my neighbor across the street from me got his A/C from another company who also listed on this forum and all around Milton. That same company matched Craig's price for the same A/C unit, but when it comes down to instillation. They hired some teenager with no license to do the job. My neighbor’s A/C was installed incorrectly and it was missing parts. Craig was over my place to drop off my A/C cover, that’s when I told him about my neighbor’s situation. He was nice enough to get one of his own people to go and have a look. Even though they didn't do the installation. The problem was resolved and he never billed my neighbor for the work. I'm pretty sure he doesn't do this very offend or else he will be loosing a lot money. Actions like that speak louder than words.

When purchasing your A/C this summer, please do your research and don't always go for the cheapest guy (Craig might price match it). Also do not do under the table cash deals because it will bite you in the butt after if your furnace or A/C craps out.

Anyways, sorry for the long write up but I just wanted to provide Craig Newhouse a good reference because he deserve it.

I second the motion to go with Craig from Four Seasons. Very professional. My wife did not feel uncomfortable at all while being home alone during the install.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to post a message to let you all know that we would definitely recommend Craig at Four Seasons. We purchased our air conditioner from him last November. The price was very reasonable and the service was/is outstanding! Craig was friendly, knowledgable, efficient and accommodating. He went above and beyond for myself and my Mum and still keeps in contact to this day.

Thank you Craig!
Sarah and Matt
A we said in other topics, another +1 for Craig. We used him as well, very nice, reasonable, prices and service are great! We know he stands behind what he says, because as i said earlier in a other topic, he fixed something in our furnace when Mattamy wouldn't touch, because "it had A/C after closing"
We are thinking about getting a humidifier this year and we know for sure we will be calling Craig.
We also bought our A/C unit from Craig last summer. Great price, good customer service, quality product and professional install. Highly recommended! Many others on our street also purchased their air conditioners from them.

We also purchased our A/C unit from Craig last year and he and his crew were extremely professional efficient.
My parents also replaced their furnace and water heater and installed a HRV and are very pleased with his services. Craig was always available when they had questions and again, his crew was professional, courtesy and efficient.
We would highly recommend his services.
Craig and his team installed an A/C unit for me last summer. The installation was fast, clean and I had no problems at all. I recently contacted Craig to install a humidifier as well, and it was completed within the week.
I've also emailed Craig with questions I had about the installation and correct operation and he always got back to me with answers, and also offered to have one of his guys stop by to check things out to make sure everything was okay.
Would definitely recommend him!

+1 from me as well.
Four seasons installed our A/C and humidifier last summer (why did I not get a humidifier right away???) We were very happy with the service provided during installation and have been satisfied ever since. Craig did not have to, but he did a follow up call a couple of weeks after the installation to make sure everything was still okay.
Four Seasons took over our furnace warranty as well. That was the biggest reason why I initially went with four seasons. I wanted a company with reputation that'd stand behind the warranty, rather than no-name contractors you'd have trouble tracking down. For this reason I actually recommend four seasons to everyone. They have established a well-earned credibility in Milton that's hard to match.
There's a reason why everyone here recommends Craig / Four seasons. Why take a chance?

Hi, Craig did a wonderful job last year when he installed AC. He took over the furnace warranty as well. He later installed the humidified. His team is professional and know their job.
Highly recommended.
Yes, Craig put our unit in last June and he is very friend guy to deal with. I haven't need to call him for any problems yet (knock on wood).
Another recommendation for Craig. We had our A/C installed last summer and our humidifier installed this past winter. Each time Craig provide fantastic service, and he was always available to answer all my calls and questions. He's a honest and reliable guy.
+ 1 for Craig @ Four Seasons Comfort

I am having mine installed by Craig this weekend and can follow up with the feedback.
I went with Craig because -
- Good Price
- Has done hundreds of jobs in Milton area
- Takes over furnance warranty
- well appreciated on the forum
- He returned my call promptly
- Came on schedule to my house to look at the house and give feedback
- Promply scheduled the installation date to my liking
- can install a humidifier in the future
- Agreed to provide warranty and service in writing

When it comes to A/C, the lowest price is not always the best way to go. What you should look for is the best Price, Service, Product and Warranty together. Craig Newhouse from FourSeasonsComfortInc is the best person to contact.

Congratulations to Craig for all the positive responses.
Craig and his team installed our A/C summer last year. I thought there will be a difficulty for his team because the A/C can only be placed at the back and long Freon lines might be a concern. And almost without any complain ( I only heard one guy saying "its loooonggg") they did it professionally and without any mess.
Their price is competitive as I called some a/c companies as well.
Another good thing is I opt to the "you dont have to pay for 6 months" deal which is a great. I am using the A/C for a few months at that time and I havent paid a single cent yet, hehe. And the financing company dont charge extras like insurance etc...but of course I have to pay before the 6th month end. I truly recommend Craig and his co. He is approachable and when I got questions for him and he answered them with ease. I felt his deep experience and knowledge in A/Cs ( as I have a quite knowledge of a/c as well).
I am not paid saying all these about Craig. Its just because of a great service we got from him.
Thanks Craig

I second, third, (lost count) that motion. Was 110% impressed by Craig when he installed our AC last spring. His knowledge, advice and service really was above and beyond. I had varying quotes, some selling the "B" models, lower cost, but then Craig explained "B" = Builder Grade. I had one company (through Home Depot) recommending a 3.5 tonne, however Craig recommended that was way to big, and to go with the 3.0 with a 3.5 coil; which made more sense - No humidity what so ever and the AC worked perfect.
Long story short. Craig is honest, and will recommend what you need, and clearly tell you when something is a waste of time or money. We also got a humidifer installed by him Will even recommend him to an Ice Trucker in the Yukon! Mahones
We just had our A/C unit installed by the guys at 4 seasons today. They did a great job, nice and professional. Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the phone, he is a very honest and forthcoming guy and returned calls and messages promptly. The price was simply unbeatable. I highly recommend Craig at Four seasons.
we finally had our A/C installed by Four Seasons Comfort this weekend - American Standard 2 Ton, 13 seer AC, and the guys did a great job. The installers were professional, on time and cleaned up the mess before they left.
Craig is a fantastic guy and answered all my questions and concerns about the A/C and furnace. We had to run a long coper line as we put the AC in the back as I didnt want any issues with property lines on the side. Craig was very affirmative that this would work just fine but we just needed some extra copper. All the total price was quoted upfront and there was no hassle of added costs or surprises.
Craig even followed up with a courtsey call after the install, and emailed a receipt again as the original had some error in my name. The warranty is explicitly stated in his receipt and I know we bought peace of mind when we went with Craig's company as he has delivered on his word so many times for so many folks. So, for anyone looking to put an AC this summer I would highly recommend giving Craig @ Four seasosn comfor a call and find out for yourself why he is different that others.

I would like to add to all the good comments made about Four Seasons. We had our AC and humidifier recently installed and they were great.
Excellent customer service and products. Craig is a pleasure to deal with, always responding to our calls and emails promptly during the entire process. Not only him but his entire crew are very nice people too. I highly recommend them!

Craig was always available to speak with for any questions we had and I would highly recommend the company if you are looking to have an A/C installed.
Thank you Craig - another sastified customer!

Craig and his team recently installed an Air Cleaner, AC and Humidifier. Can honestly say that this was the best sales and service experience in dealing with AC companies. Craig was booking into late June, had a cancellation and immediately contacted me to ask if they could do it earlier.
Other compaines tried to sell more expensive AC's while Craig came out, asked questions and made the most sensible recomendation for our house.
I would and have recomended him to others.
We had A/C installed by Four Seasons Comfort last week and agree that the installers were professional and on time. Craig responded quickly to my calls and e-mails and answered all the questions that I had. So far everything is roses as it runs quietly and efficiently to cool our home when we need it. I definitely recommend Craig. For size considerations we contacted Laurie.Hill@mattamyhomes.com and she stated for a Juneberry (2839 sq ft), "The Heat Loss Number for your home is 2.57 tons." As such, we went with a 2.5 ton 13 SEER deluxe model.
Craig and the folks at Four Season Comfort came by and installed an A/C and humidifier for us today. Dealing with Craig over the past little while has been an absolute pleasure. He was always quick to return calls, was honest with his recommendations, and didn't try to up sell me to something I didn't need. He also answered any questions I had in an easy to understand fashion.

I wasn't home when they came to do the installation but my father-in-law was and he made a point of saying how pleasant the installers were and how nice Craig was.
We have a tight fit in our basement for running lines to our back wall from the furnace, but the guys did a great job of getting everything in, and more importantly getting it in neatly.
I'd definitely recommend Craig and Four Seasons Comfort to anyone looking for a good and reliable HVAC company.

+ 1 for Craig! We had our AC + humidifier installed by him couple of weeks ago. We highly recommend Craig to anyone planning to buy/install AC, as he provides high quality units at a very competitive rate and installation was equally professional. Thank you Craig

We just had our a/c and humidifier installed by Craig Newhouse and the crew from Four Seasons Comfort Cooling.
Craig was a pleasure to deal with. He answered our calls promptly and answered all our many questions. He was very courteous and geniune. He did not try to upsell anything. Although, he is very busy at this time he managed to schedule our install so quickly. Thank goodness!
The guys did a clean and tidy install. Craig even came by after the installation was done to check over the installation and to ensure the unit was running perfectly. He went over the warranty and maintenance information too.
We highly recommend Craig and the guys. They did an excellent job and the a/c is working wonderfully! Great job!!!!!! Thank-You.
What a great guy!!
We had Craig's team in to do the installation of the a/c.
They were curtious and professional, and Craig came by at the end to make sure everything was working properly.
I am so glad we went with this company.
I would absolutely recommend him.
And thank you Craig for getting us installed so quickly.
Brown Eyed Girl

Craig and his team just installed our A/C....Very professional and helpful
Explain everything about it..
would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to install A/C
Thanks

Craig Newhouse and his team were simply exceptional.
Four Season Comfort installed our central air system. They were very professional and helpful during the entire process.
Craig's customer service is unheard of in this day in age. He follows up without badgering. He's honest and fair with pricing. Here's the cherry on the cake...when he says 'I'll call you within the hour', he actually calls within the hour. I was really impressed when he said his team would complete the job by 8:30 p.m. that evening. I timed it, they were finished at 8:28 p.m. I can't speak for everyone on this forum, but our experience with Craig and his team was very pleasant.
I would recommend Craig Newhouse to anyone looking for a central air system. Honest pricing. Professional and clean installation. Fantastic customer service!
I called Craig last Monday and was lucky enough to have them come on the following Wednesday to install a central A/C unit as a previous appointment had just cancelled.
Although it rained on Wednesday, they came back early the next morning to finish the job. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Hats off to Craig and crew at Four Season Comfort.

I just had an AC installed by the Four Seasons team. I had an AC that was installed by the previous owner but it was driving me crazy, it was so loud. I decided when I was in Utah visiting family that I needed to have a new one installed. I contacted him late one evening and got a reply back quickly via email the next morning. I set up scheduled and confirmed everything via email while I was on vacation in Utah. I was so impressed with his follow up and professional manner.
The team came this afternoon to install everything, they were wonderful and explained everything to me. I could not be happier about my purchase.
Thank you Craig!

After having two other companies out to diagnose our a/c problem with no success, Craig sent one of his repair guys over last night.
After a thorough inspection, he discovered that a small but vital part is not working properly and must be replaced. So, eventhough we took a detour before finding Craig and his team, we are sure glad that we found them in the end. Four Season Comfort is who we will call whenever we have a heating or air conditioning issue.
Thank you again Craig (and Irek)

We also just had our A/C unit installed by 4 seasons today. They did a great job, nice and professional. Craig was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He 's a very honest and forthcoming guy and returned calls and messages promptly. The price was unbeatable. I highly recommend Craig at Four seasons.
We had Craig and his team install our air conditioning last year - great price for the quality and service!! Installation was quick and clean. This year my mother-in-law needed to install one quickly b/c someone staying with her for the summer has bad asthma, I recommended Craig. He is great and due to the situation will be installing one asap. Craig I cannot say enough great things about your customer service!! Regards,
Christine
If you've made it this far in the thread and are still debating if you should use Craig ....... stop thinking about it and pickup your phone and call him.

When I first purchased my first new home last year I came across this site and absorbed all the info like a sponge. Part of my research was what should I do about AC, how big a unit do I need, what's involved and the costs. I started to notice that this guy from Four Season Comfort was getting rave reviews .... and they just kept coming. I figured wow, this guy must provide a great service.

So as I got closer to my close date .. ahem close meaning March with a close in August ... I thought I would reach out to him. I couldn't get over how quickly he got back to me. Extremely prompt and friendly on the phone. I work a field sales role, and pick up on these things. Rather than trying to get me off the phone, because I didn't have an immediate sale and suggesting it was maybe 12 months out, Craig took the consultative approach and answered my questions. He even advised that one thing I wanted to do right away didn't need to be done until next spring.
Present - So here comes a few days before my close, and MAN what a hot summer we have had. I initially thought I would stretch out the AC until next year but then my brain kicked in. I called Craig to confirm what I would need and the cost. We discussed the pros/cons of different models and he helped me decide what to get. The installation would have been at least 3+ weeks away (that's what you get ordering last week of July), but he had an appt rescheduled and an opening on my CLOSING day. I advised a relative would be at the house while I was moving from my old place, and they showed up on time and did an excellent job!
I can't speak highly enough of Craig. With all the positive reviews he has received on here, and his proactive nature on the board - risky becasue it leaves him open - you can tell he has pride in his business and customers. If he had a bad business he wouldn't be active here .... like some other cocky guys. It really speaks to the passion he has for his business, personal success, and satisfaction his customers receive. What other companies can you think of that the owner personally calls and emails you to make sure everything is ok??? My only disappointment was I wasn't able to meet Craig in person.
Thanks again Craig!

Add me to the list of happy Four Season Comfort (Craig Newhouse) customers.

I was at work while it was installed, but my fiance was home and said the installation tech was awesome. Explained what he was doing along the way.
After the installation, Craig stopped by the follow up and show her what was done and how to operate it. Now if only she could regurgitate that to me, I'd be all set, lol
My house is cozy. The install was clean. We are happy.

My AC stopped working last Monday. I called Mattamy, who said my warranty expired, then called Downsview who installed it, and said they don't do billed service calls....then I called a few others, and they said they don't touch High Velocity AC units. Wow, only 2 years old, and the AC is not working? ( Mattamy was late in their construction, then rushed in the building on my phase of townhomes, and had done a poor job in many areas, including the AC - High Velocity is not used anymore!!)
Finally, thanks to the Hawthorne Villager, I read one comment about Craig, and called. He returned my call within an hour, and could schedule an appointment the very same day. He sent Eric the next day, and I have only great things to say. He came right on time, was thorough checking everything, and was willing to explain things to me so I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. It turned out the AC unit on the balcony was completely empty of 'freon'/R22. Eric did the tests, filled it up again, and sealed the leak (and it was pouring rain!). I have a one year warranty.
It's so nice to find a good company, who is courteous, on time, willing to explain the details, and is reasonable in their pricing. I didn't feel ripped off, and that is a nice feeling!
Thank you Craig, I will be sure to recommend you to anyone that needs your services. (I know your company will grow, so please don't ever change your approach!)

Craig's company came and installed our air conditioner just over a month ago. We were very pleased with the service we received. I would highly recommend them. Before we moved they even came to check out our air conditioner in our old house to make sure it was running smoothly. We felt it was not cold enough. Craig sent out one of his guys and didn't charge us for this. His team is very professional and we felt we were in good hands.

Yes that is true Rich. There are 2 models a Black unit which is the builder model(which we do not sell) as it is loud and a deluxe model(Grey unit) that we recommend. American Standard wanted to compete with alot of the cheaper brands on the market today and built this barebones entry level unit.

Thanks
Craig

Hey Guys,

We are in for a group by for an A/C unit.

One thing I'll mention, we got an American Standard 13-seer A/C unit last spring for our last home, and what a disaster that was.
It sounded like a train was coming through our backyard, never again !

I want to make sure that it both quiet and energy efficient.

Don't go cheap is all I am saying.

Also, Khal & family, welcome to the neighborhood.

Rich

Thanks Craig,

I appreciate your response and explanation of the differences in the models. It would have been nice to know that when we bought it.

Yes Rich you are 100% right the dealer should of told you before hand what the different models were. I dont sell and install this model for that same reason. If you were not satisfied the dealer should of removed it and installed a different unit. I am also certain that there was a service bulletin on that model that a compressor sound jacket woud be installed for no charge. I would be happy to look in this for you and get the jacket installed under warranty.

Thanks
Craig

Hey Everyone,

Did anyone happen to notice anyone lingering around our street around 10:00 - 10:30 pm last night ? Or did anyone get any damage done to their house ?

We had someone throw a rock through our garage door window last night. At first I thought it was just something going on outside and I didn't pay much attention to it. But when I went to go see what was going on, I noticed that our window was broken on our garage door and there was a rock about the size of a baseball in our garage.

If anyone saw anything, could they please send me a personal message.

Thanks

WTF??? Keep your eyes peeled everyone!
