Anyone hear when they will be putting more gravel on our driveways?

Did anyone get timelines from Mattamy on paved driveways and grass?

Hey guys, hope all is well. I think everyone on the street has grass now. I noticed Mattamy put somekind of water conservation valve or a relief valve on the hose bibs. If you take that off the water pressure is so much better. Just a tip...

Hey guys, do you guys find the water pressure to be low? I did on our rear hose bib. So I ended up adding a hose bib to the side of our house facing the side yard. I did this mainly because the side yard is so big and the water pressure is low. I used 3/4" pex and 3/4" copper piping and tee'd off the 3/4" main pex line. The water pressure from the new hose bib is awesome. I'm thinking about upgrading my other hose bibs, but we'll see...

ya that's a pressure valve, it's noisy but should maintain a constant pressure stream, but since we probably don't shower, do laundry and water the grass at the same time, I don't see the need for it.

I removed mine as well.

This may have an obvious answer but how do you remove the relief valve?

just twist it off. If its on too tight, you many need an adjustable wrench.

Kitty,
It looks like more than one type of tree was planted. At least I thought so. Some of the trees have much darker leaves but I haven't looked closely.
All that to say....regardless of how many types were planted, I still don't know the name :)

Andrea > sorry you have no tree :( The street does look incredible with the trees though!

hi all!
Amazing what a difference the trees make to the street! We plan on planting a lot more of them in our backyard for shade and privacy.
The guys who planted our tree said we got a Linden tree...its the tall and narrow one with dark green foilage.

Hi neighbours!

Received the invite and the flower dollars. I am not going to use the flower dollars certificate. Would anyone on the court like to have it?

It was great seeing everyone out at yesterday's Mattamy flowerfest. Our street is looking beautiful with all the new landscaping going on!
The late night street party was great to see as well. We will need to do more of that next summer!
