Looking for place (other than Canadian Tire/Walmart) in Milton to chnage tires (snow to all season) in my car. Tires are not on the rim.

I would have to recommend True Tech Auto. I believe they have a Snap-On (a premier auto tools brand) wheel balancer which I like.

Yea dont ever touch Canadian Tire, they are teenaged morons working there. Both times we went there for tires (2yrs ago, for 2 diff cars).

For my dads car they put on 3 of his 4 wheels BACKWARDS (the outside facing inside), then when he brought it back and told them about it, they changed the one right side tire to backwards until he went in AGAIN and told them what to do.

For my car, bought a set of snow tires on sale there, I already have rims for summer tires so I asked them to take the tire off the all-season rims and put the winter tires on the rims for me. They call me back half hour later to pickup my car...and my car is in the ALL-SEASONS tires, NOT the winter ones I just bought and asked them to put on (instead of just in my back seat like they did). So I went in, talked to the one non teenager working in the auto department and FINALLY 2hr later they call me back to apologize and say my tires are done correctly...finally.

Done the tire changing myself since, but I have heard decent things about JD as well.

True Tech only charges $28 to change tires, that's with tires already on rims. Pretty good! Although he neglected to connect our tire pressure monitoring system, so we need to bring it back and that might cost more...

I agree with that. Once those clowns gave me a quote that included the wheels and tires but they expected me to install them myself out in their dirty gravel driveway. Needless to say I said thanks but no thanks and left.

I'm not sure why I even bothered with them because JD Tire has been doing a great job for me for many years.

Recently I saw one of their fools driving recklessly through town in a company vehicle with Cheep Thrills signage on it. Not the brightest bulbs in the box. That's for sure.
