Ariel's bang on - it is actually quite easy to get near to (or even over) $350k with these units right now as the demand is through the roof. A couple months ago, I sold this one in multiple offers, listed at $350k, and it was nice, but not loaded. A couple months later, demand has pushed these even higher.
http://www.hawthornevillager.com/phpbb/ ... 15&t=55217One thing that hasn't come up yet -- Sidewalk, or 2 car long driveway? That's actually a big factor when there are others listed for sale. As Ariel mentioned - location / phase is a big deal as well.
Based on your other post, you're looking for a 2 storey townhome and you're wondering what your Moonseed is worth to help you decide when the new release comes out? To be safe, use $350k for your budgeting, make sure your house is clean, and your agent will stage, market, and do the rest for you.

Any of us regulars on here are well equipped to keep you updated on the market changes --just let us know if you want weekly / monthly reports on Moonseed listings and selling prices while you watch the new phases come out and wait for the new builds to go in!
