You welcome Jeff ,Your carrier furnace is running a lot better now ,pushing more air flow and your energy bills are back to normal.
It is important to have it serviced every second year to maintain trouble free operation .

We had Mason re-route some ductwork for our basement project. Not only did he do a great job on what was agreed to, but went over and above in improving other small areas of our HVAC system that weren't exactly proper - at no charge! (he said he can't help himself when he sees something not right). And he's an all-around nice guy to boot! Very good experience.

Mason we'll call you back soon once we clean out from all this drywall dust for a furnace cleaning!

Munchito , You welcome and the pleasure was mine to be of help ,I am glad I got everything done in time so the rest of the project can move only forward towards finishing that big beautiful basement .
I am also glad I have adjusted the air speed in your furnace fan to get maximum air flow for both Heat and Cool throughout the house.

Mason is the best. I had no heat and a newborn baby at home, this past freezing cold weekend. Mason came in record time and fixed the furnace for us. He also repaired our a/c in the summer. I would highly recommended Mason, he is a genuine professional and takes the time to solve heating and a/c problems so they are repaired correctly!

We had Mason come by today to do furnace maintenance, as usual it was excellent service. Did the work, plus added some extra help/advice for some other matters that should save me plenty in the future. Definitely recommended!

I had Mason in today to install a humidifier on my furnace. He was here a couple months ago to service my furnace and fireplace (we just moved in our 12 yr old home in May). At that time I asked if he thought we needed a humidifer and he said to get a hydrometer and see how it goes. Well after having the heat on for awhile now and waking up with dry noses and scratchy throats and a humidity level of about 18-20% I decided to get one installed today. Not only is Mason thorough and knowlegeable about the products he installs and services he is a great guy as many others have said. He had no problems both visits with my 4yr old being in his way and even talked to him and taught him about tools etc. He is a great guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone with any HVAC issue. You rock Mason....thanks again for being an honest and trustworthy service person. They are hard to come by sometimes these days.

Had issues last night with my Air Handler and didn't have heat for most of the night, and all day today (until Mason came). Just wanted to say thanks again, and I can see why he is highly recommended by all.

Replaced the blower motor with the exact same OEM model, with an upgraded capacitor and even cleaned out the fan and inside the chambers (there was a lot of insulation falling off the walls).

He was very quick returning my call this morning as he was in the middle of the job and communicated with me throughout in terms of where he was with ETA etc.... Again, really appreciate the speedy/professional service on one of the coldest days this winter!

Had Mason by on Tuesday this week. The flame sensor had developed build up on it and it was shutting off the furnace too early or not letting it run at all. He was here within 1.5 hours and did a full cleaning for me.

Quick efficient and a nice guy :-)

Going to have him install my bro-in-law's new AC when he gets his house in May!
