The range is dependant on which model, which floor, upgrades and what is it facing, but the range is from $230ish-$270ish.

Currently For Sale and available is a Cabot model (715 sq ft 1 bed plus den) on the second floor, with Hardwood floors and stainless appliances, asking $269,000.

The Windsor model, which is the most popular 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan, is currently selling in the low $300's…

My clients have encountered a delay in their plans and won't be listing till the end of June. Chances are you'll probably have found something by then.
