LOL!
How about regular (already awesomely discounted hehe) price but I'll throw in seasons tickets for the Jays? (Assuming they still have those $2 nosebleeds?) The extra business gave me an idea... but more on that later.

Besides, you're not allowed to move again already!

Agreed :)

Both the Hillsview end AND the Brentgrove are now FIRM, and both over asking.
Bolton and Emery status update coming in a few days... More to come!

Hi Fred, curious to know what the Brentgrove sold for. What was the asking price?

Sellers did well.

Thanks Cliff.

Miltonion79, the range for a Brentgrove right now is approx $415-435k depending on location, upgrades, etc). We had a nicely decorated one with a very rare walk-out basement (unfinished), and with the demand far outweighing supply, there were buyers waiting to see it, and it sold to one of the first few buyers through, about 6 hours after it listed.

Fred, its incredible that some Hillsview End townhouses are getting the same price as the top end range of that Brentgrove Semi.

Interesting, I know. If the buyers agent doesn't properly educate their clients on the benefits of Semi vs End unit towns, Easement differences being the one of the bigger ones, there's no stopping these townhouse prices!

Out of curiosity, was there any negative feedback about the surrounding construction (or proximity to the future grocery stores or Bronte) for the Chuchmach house?

I live in a Hillsview on Chuchmach, and since this isn't going to be our forever house, we're always wondering what the market on the street is doing. :)
