Yes, that's the one. I'm getting a ton of inquiries about this property.
It's adjacent to heritage so there are buliding restrictions and it's 1 foot short of being severed.
We priced it at $1 so that anyone can do their due diligence with the City of Mississauga and offer what they think it's worth. We're also not reviewing offers until Arpil 29th giving people lots of time to make a decision.
If it wasn't next to heritage and severable right now, it would be worth about 1.2 million but the heritage has affected the value.
I think it'll go for 900k and the buyer will buy a foot of land from the neighbour, sever the lot and cash in about 400k.
