One of the buyers came through commented that they didn't like the construction behind, most others we spoke to, it didn't matter at all.
Proximity to Bronte is no issue at all for Chuchmach residents (or most Mattamy sidestreets).

In the larger priced detached market, things like this are a larger factor, but with townhomes, it is less of an issue (i.e. for somebody spending $650k on a larger detached, the won't want to be facing a main road, train tracks, plaza, etc).

Our listing is in a nice quiet spot based on the construction plans - we're lucky in that regard (no garbage area).
