Country living so close to the City..! Have you been thinking about increasing the size of your property while staying in Milton?

This home located at 13203 Guelph Line is 10 minutes north of Highway 401, right on Guelph Line. Perfect for entertaining the entire family for all occasions, this home has it all. Our asking price is $649,900.

Hi Grizzly and sorry for the confusion. And thank you Kelly for the explanation (love your pic, by the way - Christmas Vacation has to be our family favourite XMas movie, particularly because of Cousin Eddie).

When I originally listed this house, our asking price was $699k - this was back in June. It has been on the market, like most other homes along Guelph Line north of hwy 401, for a while and my clients have made a very bold move and dropped it below $650k. There is so much value in this home, especially if you already live in Milton and looking to get away from the city, while staying in Milton.

As Kelly had explained, I edited the previous prices all to the current price of $649,900, in an attempt to minimize confusion over the price of this home.

I'm holding an open house tomorrow between 2 and 4. If you'd like to see it, I'd love to see you there..!
