Yes we do still post sold conditional. Prime example is this one sold conditionally once already and the buyer did not secure financing placing us back on the market and have now sold conditionally again. It is still available for showing to everyone and I as most realtors should do is continue advertising properties until they are sold firm. We mark them conditionally sold so people don't feel mislead by advertising a property that is available for offers as opposed to available for showing and may be eventually available for offers.
