The perfect executive rental… only $1675/month

Feels brand new, and has all the upgrades you deserve! Just because you’re renting doesn’t mean you have to settle for one of the less desirable homes listed right now! Enjoy your dark hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dark wood stairs, hotel-chic light fixtures and so much more.

In addition, it feels like it has never been lived in – modern paint throughout and not a mark on the walls anywhere!

1500 square feet of executive living, in the centre of Milton, close to schools, transit, Sports Centre, massive park and trail system, and the Milton Hospital. Perfect for healthcare workers, families with kids, or those transitioning, relocating, or downsizing! (Must provide Credit report, references, job letter)

Call or email fred@fredhelps.com to book your appointment today!

The lease market in Milton, even with a lot of competition, is still strong after the usual Sept 1 rush.
If you've considered buying a place to lease as your first Investment, there's lots to consider!

1) Numbers (monthly costs in Milton will almost always outweigh rental income - are you ok with breaking even or a small monthly cashflow loss to offset the long term gain?)

2) More Numbers (What purchase price to monthly rent ratio makes the most sense?)

3) Even more numbers (What is more important, an extra $25/month, or finding the right tenant that will take care of your asset? There are ways you can have both, but if not, I know which one I'd choose!)

This is an investment, so don't jump in blindly and just assume every purchase is a good investment - ask an expert for our opinion and guidance! That part should always be free :)
