Can someone recommend a good and not too expensive lawyer? House will be ready end of April, but Mattamy needs the info now.

We used Michael Morgan at Gryphon Law Chambers. Made the process pretty stress-free.

Thanks all. A lawyer has quoted me $975 plus HST. Does this sound reasonable?

Purchase is usually 1200-1300 total including disbursements and sell if is usually 800-900 including disbursements. Ask them for an estimated total including disbursements, then you can compare
