Hi there, Im currently looking for a Mattamy Red Cedar ...and would like to know if any in the market or coming up soon.

i think that model is discontinued.. Ask the sales Centre if they will have any coming up.

Red Cedar is no longer built new, but i think 747 Sales Crt below is one....

The home mentioned on Sales Crt is the Cranberry model, not a red cedar. OP, good luck with your search!

oops! thanks for thee correction - looking up the floorplan now, I remember Fred D having a Red Cedar on Wettlaufer a year or so ago. nice layout!

The lot is pretty nice. Pool + grass on a 50' that isn't available anymore.

I'd say the house is probably worth $850 with $200 extra for the lot. Little high, but you never know when these houses are in demand the the lot is hard to find.

I don't love the location of the subdivision, but that's just me.
