Hi Carl,

Very observant of you Carl. After month of searching the low inventory I could not find "my home".
We found that we kept coming back to the mattamy model we loved.

Hey I'm a woman I'm allowed to change my mind hahahah!

Just noticed today that the 43 wide lots are not selling. Looks like its the same lots that were released on March 21st were available again this weekend. Any ideas?

On Saturday morning, there was a window posting of Lot #11, 20, 25 and 68 which matches lots marked on siteplan. When I went in this afternoon, all those lots had green "available" dots. They also seem to be the same lots available from the week before. Funny, because the 30, 36 and others are selling but not 43's.

Hi JeepMamma2015,

I actually noticed the same thing. I'm wondering if it's because the prices have gotten so high. There have been 2 Wild Rose's on the market recently. One was listed for 724,00, and the other 755,000. That's a big difference from what the Elmira (which is nearly identical) is going for through Mattamy.

Have you bought a house in HSV? If so, what size/lot?

Hi Heather
Yes we did. Truth be told, I'm not as excited as I was a month ago. haha
You could be right about the prices being high or could also be combination of that with proposed CN Rail intermodal close by.
IDK
Lot 6 Dundas
Am I able to find out if its a mirror image somehow?
Have you purchased as well?

Hi,

Congrats! You guys must be really excited! What elevation did you buy? The Dundas is a great model! Have you decided on any of your upgrades yet? We have not bought yet, but are planning to soon. We're waiting for the corner lots to be released, though if they don't come out soon we may end up buying lot 11 or 12. I'm dying with anticipation :)

I visited the Planning dept, for the Town of Milton, in January(ish), and as of then you did not have a mirror image lot. When facing the house your driveway will be on the right side.

Congratulations on your Purchase we too bought the Dundas.
I too feel your pain about the CN rail but I have a feeling we won't be as affected. We took a drive this weekend and it may not affect us as much as we think. Or at least thats what im telling myself.

good luck with all the planning. we bought a beautiful home ;)

RosaJ2,
Thanks, good luck to you as well and congrats on your purchase. The home is beautiful. All of the homes are, but I really like the layout of the Dundas and especially because it offered bigger sized bedrooms 2 and 3.

Heather,
We bought the Victorian elevation. I think the 3 top round "bay" windows on both floors give it great curb appeal and surprisingly makes bedroom 2 slightly bigger. Too many upgrades to list. haha. Will have to seriously shorten MY list alot. Hope you get your lot soon. Good luck
