Wow awesome I will look into Rona as Mattamy has similar but like $400+

Yes Mattamy over charges for their light fixtures. We got all 5 for under $400 taxes incl. :D

As the electrical is there already, the switch out to any other type of light is fairly simple. I wouldn't hire someone if you are handy with electrical work. Main thing is to make sure the power is off!

wow your home is beautiful. you and your husband have great taste. i have already taken quite a few style ideas from your pictures. what was the paint color you chose?

Thanks! I think it's Kitten White, and no granite Mattamy charges way too much. We just used the standard laminate countertops. You do always have granite installed after you close by a private contractor and you will pay $2000 less than what Mattamy charges.
