I got #158 today. I am interested in purchasing the Blyth 2 storey townhome. Anyone has any idea what my chances are on Sat given that there are limited townhome units.

you tell me how many town homes are released, then I can give you an idea about your chances as I cannot see clearly how much towns are released.

Hi Everyone,

I got #180 for detached homes today. I have a couple questions and appreciate if anyone can assist

1. Could anyone please kindly advise what to take into consideration for choosing a lot? This is for a 30' detached.

2. I have been told to be there before 8:00 am on this Saturday. From your experience, should we get there earlier like 6:00 am? Would there be line up considering the numbers given does not have any meaning and it is first come first served? (Please correct me if I am wrong)

It really varies on how many they have of your model. When I purchased last December there was only 2 of my townhome models but I was # 9 or 10 and got what I wanted. if they use the same system as phase 1 you'll have to wait until they call in your # Saturday morning. Once you get in they'll give you all of options and models available per lot and then you gotta wait to get bussed to the sales centre. Once you get to the sales centre everyone goes in order to choose there lot.
