Is anyone able to share the cost of the Lancaster (French Chateau elevation) in the new phase?

Thank you!

Ashley

I was frustrated after not having my number called on Saturday and having waited all day. Mattamy decided to release 30 additional lots on Sunday from phase 6 and I lucked out being first to choose from the newly released 30' lots. Managed to get a lot that backed onto a ravine looking down lengthwise on the ravine and walk out basement so im glad the way things worked out.

McHammer, phase 6, was that the release for this past weekend or a future phase? Myself and my family are looking to purchase right on ledger way but want one of those lots that will be facing the park... do you or anyone else know which phase/timeframe those lots would be released in/on?

thank you for any and all help on this.

Hi jayniine, the lot that you are looking at is not part of the release this past weekend. You can still register and get the lot in future release. There is a great chance you can get your lot you want.

thanks Pong35. just curious, i called mattamy milton today. vm came on advising they are sold out. is there an alternate number or contact? how does one find out which phase and when for that particular lot in question.

20-30k for ravine and 15-20k for pie shaped lots. 45-55k for both.
Depends on the lot size and pie shaped lots only available to 36'.

Ashley,
The price for the Lancaster "French Chateau" elevation was $657,990.00. That's the price I paid, less $5K, opening day sale, and added $10K for inner circle lot, so all together, worked out to $662,990.00. But I noticed today the prices for the Lancaster now start $7k more. I can't believe it!

Hope this helps!

Hi rox272,

Sure does, thanks very much! Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! My husband and I also opted for the Lancaster FC in the previous phase. Lots of excitement to come for you. Let me know if you have any questions along the way - happy to share our experiences, list of extensive upgrades etc.

Good luck!

Hello Ashley,
How exciting for you! If you don't mind me asking, when did you purchase and what was the price with you did?
Have you moved in yet? What street will you be on? I would love to drive by and have a look to see what the house will look like. I've seen other elevations driving around other Mattamy neighborhoods but have yet to see any FC.

Not at all! We purchased the home in April 2015 and at that time in was priced at $606,000 (+ $55,000 premium for the lot). We're on Orr Terrace and close April 2016. Call me crazy, but before we decided on the model we visited the previous Mattamy phase (James Snow & Trudeau area), knocked on doors and asked if people wouldn't mind us taking a quick tour. You'd be surprised by how friendly and understanding the homeowners were. It's tough to picture a home from scratch...when ours goes up, you're more than welcome to drop in!

Here's a photo of the LFC from that area - if you drive around, you'll stumble on a few of them!

Yup, Midland corner already went up by $11,000 just under a week. The Site plan is still the old one.

Wow, Perth starting from $844k (French Chateau elevation should be around $860k). Went up $17k. Mattamy are no longer releasing 50' houses. It will be crazy to see the prices for 50' houses if they have.

Is mattamy still offering the $5,000 discount and $10,000 design upgrade discount for this next release, or was that just for the opening day release?
