Hi guys,
I was curious if someone would share how much they paid for the Lancaster model. I was hoping to purchase this model in the next phase being released this month, and wanted to know approx how much I should be expecting to pay.

According to this topic (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=66618) the price for Lancaster model was starting from $611,990 at the end of the last phase release (May, 2015), hope it helps you.

Any Lancaster owners that have already taken occupancy and have feedback on their home? Love it, happy with it? Anything to look out for during frame walk or pre-delivery inspection?

You will pay more... every release the price goes up and Mattamy will not negotiate on price.

Any Lancaster owners that have already taken occupancy go with the Grand kitchen package care to share pictures. Also any thoughts or feedbacks or upgrades that you might recommend? Was thinking of added a pantry or cabinets that extend to the patio door like they have in the Shelburne Pickering model home, do you think something similar can be done in the Lancaster model? I'm wondering if there is a bulkead or something else that would prevent this lay-out.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! :-)

Hey Funnyman82,
have you had the chance to settle in now, I would really love to see a pic of the kitchen. I thought I had plenty of time to make up my mind, but Heidi called last week to book the appointment at the DC. Just picked up the booklet last Wednesday. Now I'm thinking I have to go look at appliances, to at least have an idea of what we will be getting in order to provide them with the specs at the appointment.
Or has anyone else taken occupancy who would care to share their kitchen photos?

Any help is appreciated!
