Thanks, saw their website in the morning updated, town house and 30' detached house are all labeled as coming soon, last weekend there are price listed there, so I am assuming they had been sold out. Do you know for the town house calling is 8 or 9 for main floor? I was thinking other builder too, looks mattamy price is little lower than other builder, not sure why?

Yes, village town house looks still available on builder website, is it free hold town house without backyard?

Hi

I went for the last release of 30 Feet detaches and yes there were people like no tomorrow lol. They sent out the email @ 13:10 and i was there at 13:25.
But i was only behind 200 people.

Mattamy prices are still ok , i was going through the Jasper village prices in Milton thats a complete rip off that builder is finishing the basement and claiming it in the Square footage.

Plus there detach line starts @ 7.99. Thats too much. For any one who think Mattamy has jacked up prices too much , They should for once visit Brampton , Even in the crappiest areas of Brampton , which takes almost 30 minutes to reach to 401 is starting at a Ouchly 7.20. Mattamy is still selling a decent sized 2079 Square feet detach for 6.20. I am sure if the market stays like this ecpect there prices to be in line with other builders which is almost 7.65 , I think mattamy is still a bargain. :D

Hopefully the quality of the home doesn't suffer due to the lower prices.

In Burlington at Walkers & Dundas, Sundial just did a new release...prices for 31' lots at 1,700 sq/ft start at $850k and for 36' 1,800 sq/ft they start at $980k...it's insane.

Thanks. Guess all sold out in 2 days. Kind of expensive for me too for double garage. Looks single garage 39 at 620k more acceptable. Anybody know When is next release? Not sure how can I line up early, living in downtown, no way can go to sale office after getting email right away..

Hi Redhair that is correct, the village townhomes are freehold and they have no backyard as the units are connected on three sides. (Windows are in the front of the home) with a balcony on the second level).

There might be a better thread for this questions but maybe some one on here could help.

What are the approximate living costs including utilities, maintenance, sewage (if any), insurance, property tax etc for a Mattamy townhome (1700 - 2000 sqft) ?

Any information would be helpful. I understand this might wary significantly but at-least there will be a reference which I cannot find any where online.

TIA

Can anybody post the two story town home price here for the April 29th release?
Another question, for town home, there is option 1, option 2 and option 3, how can you choose, since it is a row, does that mean the first person choose option 1, and anybody after must select option 1?
Thanks

Utilities will run you around $250-$300 / mnth
Insurance will vary depending upon options $45-$55/mnth
P-Tax $2800 - $3100
