Took a drive down Hinton Terrace. Looks like they are getting ready to pour foundations across the street from us:) Also saw a few more lots further down that have been dug up.

Another Woodstock one on sale on our street. Price is low to encourage bidding i'm guessing.

https://www.homechannel.ca/listing-view ... ntario.cfm

The realtor used a picture of our house instead of the actual listing home on the outside. How do i get him to take it off as we never gave permission for him to do so.

Thank you,

Went by the house and we were not happy about where the sump pump is located. Well hubby more he had plans for that area!!

In my current home the sump pump is located near the furnace. This one is located on the other side of the basement away from the furnace and it's 5 ft away from the wall :(

Is this normal?

wow, really not sure. Ours is also located opposite the furnace however it is right beside a wall.

Doubt anything can be done at this point unfortunately.

The sump pump is no where near the furnace lol its on the other side of the basement. It wouldn't bug us that much if they at least put it in the corner. Very odd but maybe there's a good reason. :| I'm sure it's to late to do anything about it but I will ask WHY?
