Hi,

Anyone here bought from Greenpark/Starlane Saddle Ridge Community? Would love to meet neighbors!

I wondered into their sales office last weekend. But was a little shocked at the prices. What did you think of it?

I actually think Country Homes will be more reasonably priced... In my opinion Starlane is not sold out because they are priced waay higher than what is/or what was available from Great Gulf and Mattamy. I think Country Homes will recognize that and price more reasonably.....Maybe thats just me wishfully thinking.

Starlane's prices are off the charts, this isn't downtown Toronto.

Most lots in saddle ridge were sold at great gulf/mattamy prices. Greenpark detached houses were sold out in few days. Starlane has upped the prices for the last remaining lots.

When is Country Homes release coming? How is the builder?

They are crazy and the exact reason they have been open 3 months and not yet sold out.

Exactly! I love how everyone is using this price list as "where Milton prices are at". They have been selling way under asking and still have inventory (given Milton's market, this is a clear sign you are overpriced - at this time).
