Hello.

just trying to gauge a little bit from people here whom already have Mattamy Homes. I purchased a detached lot Phase 9, and I am debating we are probably going to get delayed by a few months.

Anyone here from Phase 9 get their design centre appointments yet?

I'm in Phase 7 and my DC appointment was done two weeks ago. You can check with your CSR which phase is getting scheduled for appointments

That's great to hear! When do you close?

I am phase 6. I have been told a design consultant has been assigned (Colette) but I need to wait for to reach out to me :(

July 2017 is the closing date so far. You can email the design consultant and ask about available slots.

We close in August. I was told by our CSR to wait until Colette reaches out to us. So I am waiting patiently....or trying to!
I have a few questions I need answered and nobody can answer them, have to wait for Colette.

Even my CSR was telling that I will be contacted by DC but I had few questions about upgrades and CSR forwarded me to DC. That's how I was able to book mine..
Cant your CSR forward your questions to your appointed DC..

I have full faith in Mattamy and prepared for atleast two extensions :)
Reading the HSV Phase 1/2 threads, the delay range was 6 weeks-6 months. And more was added due to strike last year.

Hi, I am in phase 9. Our original closing date was May 2017 but I happen to know there has been a delay in registration of the phase so right now I am anticipating an August 2017 closing. If your foundation isn't started about 4 months before your scheduled closing you can anticipate a delay.

I'm also nervous about the trades situation. There is a bit of a trades shortage in this housing maker and if they have trouble getting enough drywallers, bricklayers etc that could cause more delays.

We had our design appointment end of August.

We got an email Monday that construction has begun! Our original closing date was May, first delay is July 19. If construction has now begun should I guess it will be done by July or at least another delay? I was expecting another delay.

So exciting! Yes I drove by and they had started certain lots. Did you have a pre-construction meeting?

What lot are you if you don't mind me asking? We are lot #1 on Whitlock.
