Hi Chocolate
My lot number is 6. I think we are going to be neighbours. Yours is a corner lot if i remember correctly. I picked up my copy of DC catalgue and i met two families there both have April 2018 closing but 30 ft lots ( like mine). Its exciting but some of good upgrades are not in my bedget but i will see what to do.

Hi Chesters Dad

Nice meeting you. Whats your lot number and street. Hope fully you will get one soon.

All the best guys..

I tell people if this is your principal residence, then you are living there for your own enjoyment, so do not look at the market as everyone needs a place to live. Then one would ask the question about renting, we do not want to go from one place to another one to another rented one....

Most of our wealth is tied to the house and it is always tempting to think about the market.

As long as the market stabilizes, it is good for each of of us. Stability means no big change in prices, either up or down. If the market can go somewhat more than the inflation, then it is very good.

I agree with you. Me and my husband bought this house because we need to, not for making money and this will be our home till we retire. I am not thinking about resale or whatever. this is the reason that I am carefully picking upgrades which we like for ourselves and not from the resale point of view.
