Good day to all.

I am researching any by-law with regards to installation of interlock on backyard with regards to setbacks,% of the backyard.
I did read Zoning By-law 016-2014 but I couldn't find any. Maybe you guys know any?

Maybe phone the Town of Milton at 905 878 7252. You probably need the Engineering Department at extension 2398. During covid they are listening to messages and returning calls.

Even if someone chimed in here with their experience it might be best to get information like this "from the horse's mouth", the authoritative source.

As per Town website the listings online are "for convenience only" and are not full legal versions
To get the legal version you need to contact them directly
