Why is the town cutting so many branches off the trees needlessly, in the area of Pringle and Savoline.
I understand cutting some of the lower branches that lean over the sidewalks but some branches are being cut off 10 Feet up the tree

It encourages growth if done properly

You usually trim branches that are at odd / improper angles as well as those low to ground
