Curious when everyone is planning to put on their winter tires? |

I gage it on when I think its going to be consistantly cooler than 7 degrees Celsius. End of November, beginning of December usually. |

November 1st. Rear wheel drive and sport summer tires on now, so I can't risk it to wait. |

I will wait until impending snowfall since I'm riding on new all-seasons. How about yourself? For those who rely on shops to do the work, get them done sooner rather than later, especially if you plan to bundle other service items like an oil service or brake work. Avoid the rush of customers in November and get it done this week as it won't hurt. We are getting snow-rain showers on Hallowe'en. |

If anyone needs winter tires (or tire and rim package), tires23 in Mississauga is the best and cheapest place to get them. Their quotes include installation, balancing and taxes. http://Www.Tires23.com Highly recommended |

I might actually install mine this weekend as I have to help my dads two vehicles, my neighbor and our own. I usually leave early when the temperatures are at the part when all season tires are not as soft as they could be. |

Has anyone ordered tires from DiscountTire.com or TireRack.com and had them delivered to CBI in the states and picked them up? They seem to be a lot cheaper even if you can't take advantage of the rebates. Alloy wheels on the other hand seem reasonably price in Canada so I will likely buy them here. |

I normally get my stealership to put my snows on, i got 5 years of oils change with the purchase of my car. But i still have another 2000+KM to drive before my next oil change. I know i can change them my self, as every tire has it's own rim.... where to go? I normally go to Acton Tire stop... but any place in town offering the same deal as them? |

Depends on the deals that are available here. I was looking for Michelin tires, and with the rebate offered in Canada, my cost was cheaper than Tirerack, before I took into account the time it takes me to drive there to pick them up and bring them back. Plus right now the dollar isn't doing too great. |

Meineki does tire swap. Cars are only 19.99 if they're on their own rim. Regular 29.99 but there's a 10 dollar off coupon. Maybe Wendyl Clark will be doing the tire change. SUV and trucks cost more. |

Had my snow tires / rims put on yesterday. Now I'm looking forward to a few blizzards for some fun driving. Off topic - snow blower is also in for a tune up. I'm ready to go. |
