Not Costco, it's not zoned for retail. It still hasn't been leased yet, but there are some interesting offers. There's still a third phase of construction, so it will most likely end up being demised as a multi-tenant warehouse.

Of course it could, but we're not at this time. Zoning is strictly warehouse/logistics.

I bumped into a friend last year who told me she had just been hired to work at the new Amazon.com warehouse that was going up in Milton. I thought maybe this was it, but if its the one I'm thinking of (next to Kelsey's and Teatro) then it seems still a bit far off to completion.

But there is an Amazon warehouse coming or its here already.

The one we're building is right behind The 5th Wheel. It's a 410k sq ft building stretching from Chisholm to Market. Definitely not Amazon.
