We sold our home this past summer for a record high in the Coates neighbourhood & this was in great thanks to Fred De Carolis & his team at iPro.
Most of us know Fred as Fred Helps from this forum, he is the most sincere, knowledgeable agent in the Milton market & he will be by your side representing your family honestly & in your best interest.
For us, it was not our objective to ​necessarily sell fast. We wanted the absolute best dollar for our home & trusted Fred to get us that value. His team is professional & always available for just about anything.
In addition to great quality pictures & marketing material, they create a HD movie tour of your home which allows potential buyers to feel like they are walking through the home & enjoying all its features.
This is an absolute must in the current market & sets your listing apart from hundreds of others.
I can't stress enough how important it is to have strong, knowledgeable representation when selling your home - this is likely your biggest asset !
As a homeowner, you must do your homework & your agents motivation cannot be for a quick sale. It is so disappointing to see homes listed & sold for far less than their value.
I have just seen a model like ours listed for sale at close to $170K less than what ours sold for (we had a finished bsmnt & backing onto green space so this makes up for some but not all).
In our case, we interviewed with 3 agents, one agent who is very well known on this forum & in town, suggested we list in the mid 600's. With Fred's guidance & confidence we listed for close to $200K over that & sold within 2 weeks !
Fred listened to us & we in turn trusted him to take us there. We truly feel in working with Fred, we have gained a trustworthy advisor that we will look to for a lifetime.

+1 for Fred and his team! They sold our house back in February and they were able to get us the house we wanted. I highly recommend him!
