A guy on my street just threw down some patio stones where his tires rest. We call him Mr.Classy.
Slightly better than some of my neighbors who simply park on their front lawn... looks like the ghetto, doesn't it ?

Yeah, sadly they blend in nicely with their neighbors. I’m lucky that patch of owners is around the corner from me so I don’t see it unless I’m driving out of my court. My part of the strip is all premium backyards and I’ve found that attracts people who give a crap about their property.
I'm always puzzled by the external design of the townhomes in my area... never figured out which is the front or back.
The side that faces the main road appears like the front of the house but has the much larger yard, the other side (backyard ?) has the driveway and often an L shaped wooden privacy fence with a small patch of grass in front of it. That's the "additional parking" that I previously mentioned which I unfortunately get to look at. Residents seem to sit out on this side... hardly anyone uses the larger grassy area on what I would consider the real backyard... probably due to the traffic noise from the main road. Shitty design IMHO.
I must be getting old.... the longer I live here, the more annoyed I seem to get by the ramifications of densely packed neighborhoods in Milton. Homes are just too close together... from parking issues (or the lack thereof) to nowhere to put your snow in the winter, I think they've exceeded the limit to get as many homes out of a parcel of land as possible. Then there's the ever increasing traffic. Ya, Mattamy loves Milton !
No wonder everyone here on HV seem like crotchety f'ers... put too many rats in a tight place and they start killing each other.
