Thanks!

Cabinets are:
TGP760 MAPLE EXPRESSO (I think this is one upgrade up, but the cabinets used to be 2 levels up and Agapi is pushing everyone to this style)

Counter top is 7264-58 LIMESTONE

We intend to do Quartz/Granite but just couldn't fit it in any type of budget at the moment. We preferred spending that money on upgrading the cabinet line and also upgrading the kitchen level (sous, executive, master, grande) we went with master.

What are the color of the cabinets and counter top? This kitchen is so nice.

Great kitchen, Devious. I really like the limestone counters ... great match with the tiles and a perfect offset to the darker cabinets. Really nice kitchen!

I really like your kitchen Devious. Those are the cabinets that we are planning to go with, so nice choice there:) Out of curiosity, what floor tiles did you go with? They look like a neutral beige, but curious on the exact name. Thanks for your help!

Tile is the standard tile (no upgrade) but on a 45 degree angle.

Its 'Centura Tile Incepa Java Hawh 13x13 VAR' on our sheet. I think we put that on the entire first floor and then made different tiles in the bathroom floors.

Our PDI is in less than a week and we'll be moved in with appliances 2 weeks today (how scary!) so we should be able to give shots with appliances at that point!

Anyone want to come help pack. HA HA

Wow, justagirl, your kitchen is so gorgeous. The cabinets are beautiful; I love the rich color, and your kitchen looks so bright!! The tiles are fabulous ... not just the pattern but the color too which sets off both the cabinets and your hardwood perfectly.

Great choices!!!

:D

Justagirl,
your kitchen looks beatuiful. The contrast between the tiles and the hardwood flows really well. We also did our hardwood through mattamy and am glad we did, although it much cheaper to have it done after closing.

Thank you, I love my kitchen!

Once we finish the back splash and install valance lighting, (I would like to inhance the island a little too) we'll see about that. But, once we do all the little extra's and get furniture in there, it will be perfect. I couldn't ask for more. Well, maybe some sort of stone counter top... lol

It's so hard when your picking at the decor center, I was very nervous about the floor tile choice, my husband wanted hardwood in the kitchen, but I was afraid of the wear & tear so we choose something total different, now that it's all finished, I can see it does flow nice, and the tile is surprisingly warm on the feet. I really like the tile, it has given us a clean modern look that we will continue throughout the house.

I'm glad we did it too! Maybe it is a little more (not sure) but I found it was easy. Everything was there to match and choose from, and the hardwood was the exact color I wanted. Plus, I know if we did not get with the builder I would be stuck with carpet for at least 1 year!

My husband said exact same thing.

Justagirl, is your hardwood 3rd grade up?
