Very sad. That poor little child.

A former coworker of mine (about 10 years ago) was found dead in her home when she didn't come into work on Tuesday. She was found at the bottom of her stairs. Her funeral is not till late next week because they have to figure out what happened to her. She was separated from her husband and he had some mental health issues, so they are looking into him and doing an autopsy. So scary.

This is tragic.

While I am unable to give any further details, this was a friend of mine from high school. Her
ex husband took the child's life, then his own. They will be releasing more details in the days to come.

Please pray for this poor mother and their family.

Very tragic for the mom, I read that she is a teacher in one of the papers.

My goodness, this poor woman's life has been forever scarred and blackened. Why do some men do such horrific things when a woman decides to leave them??

Seems strange the police aren't releasing cause of death as usually it's disclosed in these types of cases, maybe different policies though in Halton.

The family has probably requested it not released.

Are you gonna contact her? I hope she's hanging in there and has adequate support from friends and family.

It hits closer to home when it's literally close to home, so since their names sound Polish, I wonder if the Polish community in Milton will come together to help her. If there's a charity set up for the child's requiem or if your friend needs some food brought to her (you have no energy to cook when traumatised, but you still gotta eat), let us know.

I won't be contacting her, last time I saw her was end of last year. I know that she has alot of family support, but even with all of the support in the world, as a mother I couldn't even imagine how one would go through something this aweful. Noah was her life.

It is such a tragic tragic story, and my heart is broken. She is not Polish, but if I hear of anything being set up or if the family needs help I will be sure to post.

One thing is for sure, I will be holding my children extra close tonight and will be thankful that I am able to do that.

Jenn

I`ll admit I don`t know the details, but sounds like an absolute coward. My wife`s response was 'I guess I know why he was an ex-husband'.

You want to read a story of a guy that wasn't a coward in death, read this:

Very happy that we're making small strides not to lock these people up..
